WORSHIP STARTS AT 10 A.M.

 

    

Nursery care for children up to five years old is available during the worship service. Children may leave the service after the Children's Sermon to go to the nursery.   

                                                   

  

   

NEW INFORMATION
 
Friendly's Family Fun Night:
We are asking everyone to mark their calendars for June 24, 2009.   A balloon man will be there for the children's entertainment.  A flyer will be ready soon for you to hand out to your friends and family.  Friendly's  will donate up to 20% of all the dinner checks (our guests and everyone that is dinning there) the night of our event. We need to get 100 extra guests to dine on this night, so tell EVERYONE!
Times of the event will be between 5pm and 8pm. If you can't make it for dinner come for dessert. 
 

As a church all we must do is invite people to eat at Friendly's in Lebanon on June 24th between the hours of 5-8pm.  The church will receive a portion of each guest's check.  This will include all guests at Friendly's, not just the people we invite. We must bring in 100 more people than Friendly's served last year on this date to earn the top percentage.  So if you only go out once a month SAVE THE DATE for your special night out!

 
We are only required to have one member present during the event as a host.  I will be there from 5-6:30 and i am currently looking for a volunteer to cover 6:30-8 so that I can eat with my family. If you are interested please email or call me.
 
John will also be a guest server so come and have some fun with our church family.

Yard Sale:
The date for the Yard Sale is August 29th. RAIN or SHINE
Donations can be brought to the church and placed in the basements middle room.  Please mark your boxes or bags YARD SALE.
NO BIG APPLIANCES or FURNITURE

Car Wash:
Greg Bender will be contacting Wal-Mart for more info on having a car wash there.  Wal-Mart supplies all supplies and water.  They also match what we make dollar for dollar. We are looking to have this in July and are asking the men of our congregation to help.  If you can help please call Greg at 279-7201.  More details to follow.
 
Other Local Restaurants:
Burger King (West) and Wendy's (West) are two fundraisers that are in the works.   
 
Vendor Show:
Debbie Kimble and Tracey Bender are currently looking for Home based consultants, crafters or anyone who would like to participate.  An application will be available for anyone who would like to participate.  Food will be available for this event.  Possible a soup sale, pie sale and maybe a bake sale will also be at this event. Please let anyone you know who sells to call us (Tracey 279-7201 tracey.baskets@paonline.com or Debbie 865-3284 kimble@comcast.net).
 
We are offering the tables to Church members and their families FIRST.
Then we will open it up to the public.
Please fill out the application and send it to Debbie.

So far we have Longaberger, Tastefully Simple, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Handmade Purses, Kim Barlowe(Kim, I for get what you said you would be show casing so please email me) and an AVON rep ( someone asked us about this and we are sorry we can't remember who so please contact us).

Please let Debbie or myself know as soon as possible if you can volunteer to help at this event.  We will need a few for set up, clean up and helping in general the day of the show.

Spaghetti Dinner for Camp Krislund campers.
 
October 2nd:
Pork and Sauerkraut dinner to be hosted by the Fellowship committee.
 
We are asking everyone that has a Fundraising idea to come to our meetings.  The more people we have the less work we all have to do.  If you have a fundraising idea please contact a core member- Tracey Bender, Linda Enck, Sandy Herr, Debbie Kimble, Pat Mehler, Diane Roth.
